Have a Wellness Party in the Comfort of Your Own Home!
Invite your friends, family, and neighbors to your own wellness party. You choose the topic for the evening. The party can be a discussion about any health topic, ailment/s or healing modality of your choice. You can even choose to have an introductory yoga class or meditation/ stress reduction session as part of the evening. As a culinary school graduate I can conduct a healthy cooking class and we can cook together while we discuss the health benefits of common foods and how you can incorporate them into your life with delicious recipes.
