Introducing the "Four Wise Women" Podcast: Four Voices, Countless Possibilities.

When I decided to enroll in the Duke University Health & Wellness Coaching Program, it was to further my education (I am a chronic lifelong student) and be able to offer my clients more tools.  What I didn’t expect at this stage of my life was that I would meet new friends from all over the country whom I felt I had known my entire life. It shows wonderful surprises appear when you least expect them and that you should never lose your sense of trying new things, adventure, and excitement.

Once the program wrapped up, we all went on to take the National Board exam (and we all passed!). You might have thought we’d return to our lives, start our businesses, and occasionally catch up on social media. But that’s not what happened. Instead, we created a WhatsApp group to stay in touch and even started a book club. Some of us have met in person, and we’ve continued to support each other and stay connected with each other on this journey.

One of the highlights for me has been collaborating with my fabulous co-hosts, Marguerite Clark, Robin Adelson, and Lorin Zimmerman, to start a podcast entitled “Four Wise Women.”  It’s like sitting down with a group of girlfriends who get it. I have learned so much from them and am grateful for their wisdom, honesty, and friendship.  Each episode is filled with down-to-earth, practical advice, personal stories, and plenty of laughs. The four of us are health and wellness coaches, and we’ve each navigated health changes, career shifts, personal growth, and so much more. Through it all, we’ve gathered valuable wisdom we’re eager to share. There are no filters, just honest conversations about the joys and the tough stuff that comes with this transformative stage of life. Whether you're in the thick of it or just starting to experience the shifts, this podcast is here to make sure you don’t feel alone.

We hope you will join us and find our conversations as inspiring as we do.  The Four Wise Women podcast is available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. New episodes are added on Thursdays.

Cheers!

Maria
