3 Month Package
A commitment of three months, a total of 8 sessions.
For the first four weeks, we will meet weekly. For the second and third months, we will meet every two weeks.
The first session will be 75 minutes, and meetings after that will be 45 minutes.
Sessions will take place via Zoom or in person, depending on location.

A commitment of six months, a total of 14 sessions.
For the first four weeks, we will meet weekly. For the remaining five months, we will meet every two weeks.
The first session will be 75 minutes, and meetings after that will be 45 minutes.
Sessions will take place via Zoom or in person, depending on location.

Group Coaching
A commitment of three months, a total of 6 sessions.
For the first two weeks, we will meet weekly. For the second and third months, we will meet every two weeks.
The sessions will be 90 minutes. Limited to a group of 6.
Sessions will take place via Zoom or in person, depending on location.

Micro Session
A one-time 60-minute micro session.
Ideal for Functional Nutrition and Ayurveda sessions.
Micro session coaching involves a condensed and targeted coaching session. In this format, clients come with a particular focus, and by the end, they depart with actionable steps tailored to help them make progress in that specific area.
Micro Sessions will occur via Zoom or in person, depending on location.

Investment: $150
Packages and sessions are available on a sliding scale.
What is an Integrative Health & WellnessCoach?
A health and wellness coach partners with you to improve your health and well-being. They provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help you set and achieve goals related to your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
This may include nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and other aspects of a healthy lifestyle. You are unique and should be treated as such. The coach works with you to develop customized strategies and offers accountability to help you make positive changes in your life.

Your health and wellness should always be your top priority. The real challenge often lies not in knowing what needs to be done, but in actually taking action.
Formulating a plan, taking those initial steps, and holding oneself accountable can be daunting. Whether you're contending with a chronic condition, facing mental health struggles, striving for weight loss and improved nutrition, or simply feeling unsure of where to start, I am here to guide you through. Together, we'll work towards sustainable behavior changes, empowering you to lead your best and most fulfilling life, regardless of your starting point or goals.
How long will it take to achieve my goals?
Typically, doctors devote around eighteen minutes to each patient. Establishing enduring behavior change and cultivating new habits usually requires a minimum of three months. When facing more significant hurdles, such as significant weight loss, addressing anxiety or depression, or managing chronic conditions, a timeframe of six months or longer is needed.
What is Ayurveda and how can it help?
Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that originated in ancient India over 5,000 years ago. The term "Ayurveda" is derived from the Sanskrit words "ayur," which means life, and "veda," which means knowledge or science. Thus, Ayurveda can be translated as the "science of life."
The primary goal of Ayurveda is to promote and maintain physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It is based on a holistic approach to health and wellness, taking into account the individual's unique constitution (prakriti), which is determined by the balance of three fundamental energies or doshas: Vata (associated with air and ether), Pitta (associated with fire and water), and Kapha (associated with earth and water).
According to Ayurvedic principles, imbalances in these doshas can lead to illness, and the goal of Ayurvedic treatments is to restore the balance. This can be achieved through various means, including dietary changes, herbal remedies, yoga, meditation, massage, and lifestyle adjustments.
Ayurveda also emphasizes the importance of living harmoniously with nature and seasonal rhythms. It recognizes that individuals have different needs and susceptibilities, and treatments are often personalized to suit the individual's constitution and specific health concerns.
